Return and refunds
Return Process
To request a return, you must contact earthcrown99@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Your request must include your order number.
Returns are subject to approval at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Damages and Issues
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to earthcrown99@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Your claim must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging. Failure to report damages or issues within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
EarthCrown reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution will be issued.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at earthcrown99@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used haircare products are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are not eligible for return.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
